    Energy: ESB,  EirGrid, The Commission for Energy Regulation, Bord na Móna, the National Oil Reserves Agency, Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, and the Irish National Petroleum Corporation
    Natural Resources: The Environmental Protection Agency, Inland Fisheries Ireland, Loughs Agency and the Mining Board
